Contributions from researchers, authors, and people affected by the dictatorship are welcome and handled in a structured, verifiable, and institutionally responsible way.

The AIDSSH Mediatheque welcomes contributions from researchers, affected persons, and their families.

Every contribution is reviewed, verified, and published only after institutional approval.

The AIDSSH Mediatheque is a public documentary platform that deepens the study of the past through archival records, structured metadata, and personal testimonies.

Who can contribute

  • Researchers and historians
  • Archivists and independent researchers
  • Journalists and authors
  • People affected by the dictatorship
  • Family members of affected persons

Academic experience is not mandatory, but the contribution should be grounded in facts, sources, or documented personal experience.

What you can contribute

  • Additional information on people, officials, structures, places, and institutions
  • Contextual descriptions for records, events, or historical figures
  • Suggestions for archival documents to publish
  • Transcriptions or document corrections
  • Personal or family testimonies in audio, video, or text
  • Bibliographic references or archival sources

How your contribution is handled

  • It is registered and reviewed by the Mediatheque team
  • It is archivally and editorially verified
  • It is published only after institutional approval
  • It may be edited for clarity, neutrality, and legal protection

A contribution is not automatically published and does not represent an official AIDSSH statement until verification is complete.

Personal testimonies

  • Testimonies are handled with care and respect
  • You are informed about how the testimony may be used and published
  • The context and integrity of your experience are preserved

Publication happens only with your explicit consent.
